About the area

Los Dolses is located in a quiet area 10 km south of Torrevieja town on the Costa Blanca coast, 50 km south of Alicante airport and 25 km north of Murcia airport.

To the sea it is 2.5 km. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. supermarket, baker, bank and hairdresser. There are 7 business centers within 2-3 km. Costa Blanca's largest, called Zenia Boulevard. It's 5 min. driving with car to 3 golf courses and max. 1 hour drive to another 20 golf courses. Nice to cycle along a several mile long water channel. Nice seafront promenade. There are local buses in the area. Express buses run north and south along the beach road,

N 332, 2 km from the house.

The main town of Torrevieja (10 minutes away) offers varied entertainment such as cinema, night markets, casino, water park for children, horse riding, go-cart, mini golf and fantastic boardwalk and beaches.

The villa is 25 minutes away from Murcia Airport, and 45 minutes away from Alicante Airport via great motorway.

Room details

In this magnificent villa there are 2 living rooms on the ground floor with easy access to the terrace and outdoor area, American kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet, bidet and bath, 2 bedrooms. One with double bed and one smaller with bunk beds. The lower berth can be extended to 150cm wide.

In addition, there is a large solarium with new large sofa bed for 2, 140cm wide.

On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and large roof terrace with great views of the surrounding area and a glow of the Mediterranean.

This villa really benefits from its large terraces with panoramic views, thanks to its location in the terrain.

The entire villa is always full of light, and very airy.

There is 55 "smart TV in the lounge. German channels from one satellite dish (Astra) and Wifi / Internet and Nordic TV channels from another satellite dish.

It is fully equipped with furniture and appliances. Air conditioning in all rooms, gas heating and alarm.

Price Information

Price depends on season, number of people and period length.

All prices are based on 2 persons

Since prices include all costs, it will cost 5% more per additional person.

For only one week's rent, a fee of € 50 will be added. Prices include internet / WiFi. (400 Mb Fiber)

For longer rental periods beyond 4 weeks, a discount of 5% is granted, starting from week 5.

Final cleaning costs € 70.

Arrival and departure to / from Los Dolses between 2pm. 21.00 - 09.00 costs € 20.

Deposit is NOK 1500 for the first week, then NOK. 1000 pr. per week up to NOK 6500 and will be refunded within 14 days of moving out if everything is in order.
